MUMBAI, MULUND के दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (THAKKAR) ने 25 LAKHS रुपये की धोखाधड़ी CHITTING की है।

 

मुंबई, मुलुंड में रहने वाले एक दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) जो निलेश कुमार एंड कंपनी के नामसे दलालि का व्यापार करता है जिन पर दाणा बाजार के एक बड़े होलसेल व्यापारी से 25 लाख रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने का आरोप है। जमनादास करसनदास एग्रो प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के डिरेक्टर श्री राजेश जमनादास ठक्कर ने इस मामले में पायधुनी पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। पायधुनी पुलिस स्टेशन ने 1 अगस्त 2022 को भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 420 (धोखाधड़ी) और 409 (आपराधिक विश्वासघात) के तहत एफ आई आर दर्ज कि है। एफ आई आर नंबर 906 दिनांक 01-08-2022 है।

 

जमनादास करसनदास एग्रो प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, एक पशु आहार के होलसेल व्यापारी है, जो लगभग एक शतक यानि १०० साल से भारत और विदेश में पशु आहार का व्यापार करते हैं।

जीनके पास हर रोज कई दलाल भी आते है काम के लिए, वैसेही एक दिन, बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) नाम का एक दलाल, जमनादास करसनदास एग्रो प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के कार्यालय में श्री राजेश जमनादास ठक्कर से मिलने आता है। बिपिन खुद को श्री लोहाना समाज का सदस्य बताता है और दाना बन्दर में दलाली का काम करने का दावा करता है। बिपिन, श्री राजेश जी से कहता है कि उसके पास कुछ तबेले वाले ग्राहक हैं, जिन्हें बड़ी तादात में पशु आहार की आवश्यकता रहेती है। श्री राजेश जी, बिपिन को पशु आहार की आपूर्ति शुरू कर देते हैं। शुरुआत में, सब कुछ ठीक चलता है। बिपिन नियमित रूप से पशु आहार की आपूर्ति करता है और जमनादास करसनदास एग्रो प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नाम का चेक लेके देता है। और बदलेमे श्री राजेश जी दलाल बिपिन को उसकी दलाली का पैसा देते थे, लेकिन 2019 में, एक साल तक कोई भुगतान नहीं आता है। श्री राजेश जमनादास ठक्कर जी ने दलाल बिपिन से पूछा तब लाता  हु ऐसा आस्वासन दिया, फिर श्री राजेश जी उन तबेले वालों से संपर्क करते हैं, तो उन्हें पता चलता कि बिपिन उनसे कभी नकद तो कभी बिना नाम का चेक ले गया है।

 

फिर श्री राजेश जी ने दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) को ऑफिस में बुलाके पूछा की तीनो तबेले वालोने बताया की तुमने कभी नकद तो कभी बिना नाम का चेक लिया है तो अब यहाँ वो सारी रक्कम जमा करो अब ये रक्कम बहोत बड़ी हो गई है रुपये. 24,59,168/- (चौबीस लाख उनसठ हज़ार एक सौ अड़सठ) तब दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) देता हु बोलके चला जाता है, उसके बाद भी कई दिन बीतने के बाद फिर श्री राजेश जी ने दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) को ऑफिस में बुलाया और पैसे की मांग की और आश्वासन दिया की अगर तुमसे कही खर्च हो गए है या परिवार में कोई तकलीफ है तो भी मै तुम्हे मदत करूँगा लेकीन व्यापार का पैसा जमा करा दो, लेकिन दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) मौन रहा और चला गया, फिर कुछ दिन बीतने के बाद श्री राजेश जी ने दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) और  श्री लोहाना समाज के अग्रणी लोगो को भी बुलाया और दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) से कहा तमने समाज का नाम लिया था काम के लिए था इन  सब को तो तुम जानते ही होंगे श्री लोहाना समाज के अग्रणी लोग है. अब बताओ मेरे व्यापार के पैसे कहा है और कब दोगे समाज की बात समाज में ही रहेगी. फिर भी दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) मौन रहे, वैसे ही और तिन बखत समाज के सामने मीटिंग करी गई लेकिन दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) ने रुपये. 24,59,168/- (चौबीस लाख उनसठ हज़ार एक सौ अड़सठ) के बारे में कुछ नहीं बताया.

फिर भी काफी समय के बाद जुलाई २०२२ में श्री राजेश जमनादास ठक्कर जी ने पायधुनी पोलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करनेपर १ अगस्त २०२२ को भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 420 (धोखाधड़ी) और 409 (आपराधिक विश्वासघात) के तहत एफ आई आर दर्ज कि गई। एफ आई आर नंबर 906 दिनांक 01-08-2022.

 

जिसमे मुख्य आरोपि है बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) जो निलेश कुमार एंड कंपनी के नामसे दलालि का व्यापार करते है और सहायक आरोपी गोरेगाव पूर्व से महाराज डेरी फार्म से दिनेश दुबे और गोरेगाव पूर्व से लक्की डेरी फार्म के गुरुप्रसाद शिवनाथ गोसाई और गोरेगाव पूर्व से मुस्ताक फिरोज फार्म का नाम शामिल हैं। पायधुनी पुलिस स्टेशन से इस मामले की जाँच कर रहे पोलिस इंस्पेक्टर ने जब इन सभी का संपर्क करके पोलिस स्टेशन पे स्टेटमेंट के लिए बुलाया तब अपना अपना बचाव करने लगे और मुस्ताक फिरोज फार्म के मालिक जो की उस समय विदेश में थे उन्होंने बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) को फ़ोन करके खरी खोटी सुनाई  और कहा मैंने तो तुम्हे सारे पैसे दे दिए है फिर ये क्या मामला है, बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) के पास पैसे तो आ ही गए थे फिर बिपिन ने किसीकी सलाह से मुस्ताक फिरोज फार्म से लिये हुए  रुपये.८४,८१५/- (चौरासी हजार आठ सौ पन्द्रह रुपए) नकद वापस कर दिए और उससे जमनादास करसनदास एग्रो प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नामका चेक लेके श्री राजेश जमनादास ठक्कर जी को दे दिया ताकि मुस्ताक फिरोज फार्म  का नाम केस से हटा सके और  खुदको बेगुना साबिक कर सके लेकिन दुसरे दो फार्म वालो का क्या जिसमे महाराज डेरी फार्म से दिनेश दुबे से रुपये.१९,८४,४३० (उन्नीस लाख चौरासी हज़ार चार सौ तीस रूपए) और लक्की डेरी फार्म के गुरुप्रसाद शिवनाथ गोसाई के रुपये.३,८६,९२३/- (तीन लाख छियासी हज़ार नौ सौ तेईस रुपए) कुल मिलके अभी भी रुपये.२३,७१,३५३/- (तेईस लाख इकहत्तर हज़ार तीन सौ तिरेपन रूपए) बाकि है. और फिर ये दलाल बिपिन धनजी सोता (ठक्कर) ने क्या किया पोलिस ने आगे जाँच ढीली करदी नहीं के बराबर, फिर आख़िरकार श्री राजेश जी ने बड़े अफसरों को कहेकर इस केस में दंडनीय और सजापात्र कार्यवाही करने के लिए निवेदन किया तब जाके पायधुनी पुलिस स्टेशन से इन्वेस्तिगेशान ऑफिसर ने पांच फरवारी २०२४ को तिन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया और मजगाव कोर्ट में हाजिर करके तिन दिन की पोलिस कोठडी ली और लगातार तिन दिन पूछ परच करने पर किसीने भी सहकारी नहीं किया तब तिन दिनके बाद जब कोर्ट में हाजिर किया तब फिर तिन दिन की पोलिस कोठडी मांगी और पायधुनी पुलिस स्टेशन के वरिष्ठ पुलिस निरीक्षक जी ने भी उन तीनो आरोपियों से इन्वेस्टिगेशन किया लिकिन तिनोने सहकारी नहीं किया कोई जानकारी नहीं दी फिर १२ फरवारी  को जब मजगाव कोर्ट में हाजिर किया गया तब तीनो को जेल कोठडी में भेजा गया.

मुंबई  मुलुंड पश्चिम में डॉ. आंबेडकर मार्ग, तिरुपति बालाजी मंदिर के सामने एक 16 वर्षीय डिलीवरी बॉय की हत्या का मामला सामने आया है। 5 फ़रवरी 2024 को दोपहर 3 बजे के आसपास, डिलीवरी बॉय दवाइयां डिलीवरी करने जा रहा था जब उसे दो नशाखोर लड़को ने रोका। पैसे लूटने की कोशिश करने पर, जब उन्हें पैसे नहीं मिले, तो उन्होंने चाकू से उसके पेट में वार किया और चाकू छुपाकर मुलुंड पुलिस थाने में हाजिर हो गए। आरोपियों ने पुलिस को बताया कि उन्होंने चाकू मारा है। मुलुंड पुलिस ने उनसे पूरी बात बताने को कहा और तुरंत घटनास्थल पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने घायल लड़के को उठाकर मुलुंड मनपा अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टर ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। मुंबई पुलिस ने दोनों नाबालिग लड़कों की मेडिकल जांच की और उनसे बातचीत की। जांच में पता चला कि उन्होंने "बटन" नामक नशीली गोली का सेवन किया था। मुख्य आरोपी 8 दिन पहले ही जेल के बाल सुधार केंद्र से 8 महीने की सजा काटकर छूटा था। दोनों लड़कों पर भारतीय दंड संहिता 1860 की धारा 302 (हत्या), 34 (सामान्य इरादे) और शस्त्र अधिनियम 1959 की धारा 25, 4 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मुलुंड कोर्ट में पेश किए जाने पर, कोर्ट ने दोनों अपराधियों को बाल सुधार केंद्र भेजने का आदेश दिया, जिसका पालन मुलुंड पुलिस ने किया। यह घटना शहर में बढ़ती अपराध दर और नशीली दवाओं के सेवन के खतरे को उजागर करती है। नाबालिगों द्वारा किए गए इस जघन्य अपराध ने लोगों में डर और आक्रोश पैदा कर दिया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया है।
