& Laminates, located on NS Road in Mulund West, Mumbai. A fire incident has
sparked controversy, and when I interviewed Dr. Sumit Singh, a crowd gathered.
After the recording ended, some people from the crowd commented that the shop
owners, in collusion with the administration, might have planned the entire
incident to claim insurance money or for looting.
Accusations
and Discussions
Many
people have alleged that the shop owners had already removed valuable items
from the shop and left only junk. Subsequently, a fire was set in the shop
after 12 am on January 2, 2025. People also claim that such incidents often
occur to claim insurance and evade taxes.
Additionally,
the owners of Silver Hardware & Laminates have been accused of illegal
construction and encroachment. It is said that the building's exit has been
illegally converted into a warehouse, and the BMC has demolished their illegal
structures several times. Local residents have also accused the shop employees
and owners of arrogance and intimidation. They claim that the employees and
owners use extremely rude and aggressive language.

Conclusion
To
reach the truth, I interviewed Dr. Sumit Singh and tried to understand the shop
owners' side. However, the employees' anger and false accusations have deepened

पश्चिम एन एस रोड पर स्थित सिल्वर हार्डवेयर एंड लैमिनेट्स के मालिकों और कर्मचारियों
को लेकर एक बड़ा विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। आग की घटना की श्याम, जब मैंने डॉक्टर सुनित
सिंह जी का इंटरव्यू लिया,
वहां पब्लिक की भीड़
इकट्ठा हो गई। रिकॉर्डिंग समाप्त होने के बाद, भीड़ में से कुछ लोगों ने टिप्पणी की कि दुकान के मालिकों
ने कथित तौर पर बीमा राशि क्लेम करने या लूटने के उद्देश्य से प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर
इस पूरी घटना की योजना बनाई हो सकती है।
आरोप और चर्चाएं
कई लोगों ने आरोप लगाया
कि दुकान के मालिकों ने दुकान का कीमती सामान पहले ही हटा दिया और सिर्फ कचरा समान
दुकान में रखा। इसके बाद,
2 जनवरी 2025 की रात 12 बजे के बाद दुकान में आग लगाई गई। लोगों ने यह भी कहा
कि ऐसी घटनाएं बीमा क्लेम और टैक्स बचाने के लिए अक्सर होती हैं।
इसके अलावा, सिल्वर हार्डवेयर एंड
लैमिनेट्स के मालिकों पर अवैध निर्माण और अतिक्रमण का भी आरोप है। बताया गया कि बिल्डिंग
का बाहर जाने वाला रास्ता अवैध रूप से गोदाम में बदल दिया गया है और बीएमसी ने कई बार
उनके अवैध ढांचे को गिराया है। दुकान के कर्मचारियों और मालिकों पर स्थानीय लोगों ने
घमंड और दादागिरी का भी आरोप लगाया। उनका कहना है कि कर्मचारी और मालिक बेहद अभद्र
और आक्रामक भाषा का प्रयोग करते हैं।

सच्चाई तक पहुंचने
के लिए मैंने डॉक्टर सुमित सिंह का इंटरव्यू लिया और दुकान मालिकों का पक्ष जानने की
कोशिश की। परंतु, दुकान के कर्मचारियों
