Eye Witness Statement on Illegal Construction and Encroachment by Silver Hardware and Laminates.

Mumbai - A new witness has come forward with critical information regarding allegations of illegal construction and encroachment by Silver Hardware and Laminates, located in Gala Manor Building, Mulund West. This time, a prominent car travel business owner, Mr. Lalit Jain, has leveled serious accusations against the irregular practices of Silver Hardware.

Mr. Lalit Jain's Statement

In an exclusive conversation, Mr. Jain said:
"Silver Hardware and Laminates have carried out illegal construction around their shop and in the surrounding area. They have also illegally blocked the main exit of the building and converted it into a warehouse for their use. This not only causes inconvenience to local residents but also poses a significant safety hazard for the building."

Problems Faced by Local Residents

Mr. Jain further revealed that local residents have lodged multiple complaints about the issue, but the influence of the shop owners is such that administrative actions often stop midway.
"The BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) has demolished their illegal structures twice, but each time, they rebuild the same constructions. This demonstrates that they have no fear of laws and regulations," Mr. Jain added.

मुंबई - मुलुंड पश्चिम के गाला मनोर बिल्डिंग में स्थित सिल्वर हार्डवेयर एंड लैमिनेट्स के खिलाफ अवैध निर्माण और अतिक्रमण को लेकर एक और गवाह ने सामने आकर अहम जानकारी दी है। इस बार, एक प्रतिष्ठित कार ट्रैवल्स व्यवसाय के मालिक, श्री ललित जैन, ने सिल्वर हार्डवेयर के अनियमित कामकाज पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं।

श्री जैन ने हमारे साथ बातचीत में कहा,
"सिल्वर हार्डवेयर एंड लैमिनेट्स ने दुकान के बाहर और आसपास के क्षेत्र में अवैध निर्माण कर रखा है। उन्होंने मुख्य बिल्डिंग से बाहर जाने वाले रास्ते को भी अवैध रूप से बंद करके अपने उपयोग के लिए गोदाम बना दिया है। यह न केवल स्थानीय निवासियों के लिए असुविधा का कारण बनता है बल्कि बिल्डिंग में सुरक्षा के लिए भी खतरा पैदा करता है।"

स्थानीय लोगों की परेशानी

श्री जैन ने यह भी बताया कि स्थानीय निवासियों ने कई बार इस मामले की शिकायत की है, लेकिन दुकान मालिकों का प्रभाव इतना है कि प्रशासन की कार्रवाई आधे रास्ते में ही रुक जाती है।
"बीएमसी ने दो बार उनके अवैध निर्माण को गिराया है, लेकिन हर बार वे फिर से वही निर्माण खड़ा कर लेते हैं। यह दिखाता है कि उनके अंदर कानून और नियमों का कोई डर नहीं है," श्री जैन ने कहा।
