on local road in city what speed did damper has to run ?and What Speed in Highway / bridge and can over track a traler / bus /car in 80 to 100 speed ?
Who will look After Damper living waste on road who will clean road not a bmc single sweeper cleans this and people are unable to walk and also other vehicles get problem to drive
