their is no reflector at the spot, no proper streetlight, no one can understood that road is dividing one goes towards bridge for thane and one goes down towards Mulund east and Navghar Mahada colony many accident and death on this spot still how many people will die who is responsible for this Negligence of work and protection

the history of this Navghar junction is after death of 35 peoples on this junction the people of mahada colony protested in 2006 for foot over bridge for mahada residence but the political leaders of Mulund proposed fly over bridge the work started in 2008

MULUND KVO SAMAJ & SARVA SEVA TRUST TOGETHER ORGANISE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY PROGRAM IN JALARAM MARKET HALL

Mulund 21st June : After Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi intervened with the UN 21^st June was declared as international Yoga Day which was celebrated in India and worldwide for the first time. Yoga Camps were organized all over India at different venues while stressing importance of Yoga for  human beings  for health, mental & spiritual benefits.  Mumbai spearheaded the International Yoga Day Celebrations with schools, institutions, NGO’s and social activists from Mulund organizing yoga training camps in the suburb. As a part of the same initiative Mulund Kutchi Visa Oswal Jain Samaj (KVO) &  Sarva Seva Trust (Samarpan Yoga Kendra) together a Mega Yoga Training Camp in Jalaram Market Hall located at RRT Road, Mulund West.

Despite heavy rainfall more than 450 yoga enthusiasts comprising of male, females, young and old participated in the camp. Though the camp was organized by the Jain community organization the camp saw participation from other community groups as well. Well renowned Yoga Guru Shri Bajirao Tamboli initiatited the camp proceedings with Gayatri Mantra thereafter he personally undertook the task of sensitizing the assembly with 40 minutes practical yoga training by explaining utility and importance of various asanas and kriyas. In the second phase of the camp yoga exponent Shrimati Jayvantiben Anil Savai stressed upon the importance of Pranayam for humans. She explained that pranayam is not merely a breathing exercise, it rejuvenates every part of the human body and keeps it healthy if practiced regularly. Shrimati Bhumika Nitin Dedhia a dietician and Yoga expert said, following a proper & timely diet was as essential as was timely practice of yoga to keep you fit and healthy. She further added that improper diet was the root cause of the rise in ailments and can be curbed by following timely and proper diet with yoga.

Veteran yoga expert Shri  Bajirao Tamboli was felicitated at hands J.P. Shah (President KVO), Vishal Rambhia (Sevretary KVO), Raskinbhai Savla & Nemidasbhai both from Sarva Seva Trust.

CONGRESS ACTIVISTS PLACE NOTICE BOARDS OUSTIDE BUILDERS SITES & SALES OFFICES IN MULUND.

Recently there were incidents across Mumbai wherein individuals were denied right to purchase a housing by developers as they belonged to particular community or religion. There was huge uproar after these incidents were reported. Though such rules are ‘Unconstitutional’, most of the developers across Mumbai continue to deny citizens their fundamental right to buy, own or purchase housing in any real estate project irrespective of their caste, creed, language, religion or food preferences. The MCGM seemingly has passed a proposal to refuse permissions for real estate projects which discriminate sale of their housing on basis of language or religion. But despite the initiative the developer community across Mumbai seems to be ignorant about the same.

Taking cognizance of the ignorant attitude of real estate developers Congress Activists in Mulund led by Rajesh Ingle, General Secretary Mumbai North east District Congress, placed notice boards right outside sales offices & upcoming sites of developers.

These notices sensitize buyers about their ‘Constitutional Right’ to buy property irrespective of their language or religion and also displays helpline phone numbers for reporting grievances regarding the same. Baburam Choudhary (District Congress General Secretary), Santosh Sonawane (Youth Congress Secretary), Block Congress Office bearers Sanjay Jha, Shekhar Pardeshi, Senthil Tevar, Mukim Khan & Anil Singh were part of the drive.

मुंबईतील नवीन गृहप्रकल्पांतील सदनिकांची विक्री करीत असतांना विकासकांकडून विशिष्ट समाज, जाती व भाषिकांना घर विकत घेण्यास मज्जाव करण्यात येत असल्याचे निदर्शनात आले व त्यावर बराच गदारोळ देखील झाला. विकासकांकडून करण्यात येणारा सदर भेद हा ‘घटनाबाह्य’ असल्याची जाणीव असतांना देखील मुंबईतील बहुतेक विकासक नागरिकांना भारतामध्ये कुठेही घर विकत घेण्याच्या घटनात्मक अधिकाराची जाती, भाषा, आणि  आहाराच्या आधारावर पायमल्ली करीत आहेत. मुंबई महानगरपालिकेने ह्या सर्व प्रकरणांची दखल घेऊन अशा विकासकांच्या गृह  प्रकल्पांना पुढील परवानगी नाकारण्याचे धोरण पारित केल्याची समजते. मात्र तरी देखील मुंबईतील विकासकांकडून सदर बाबतीत दुर्लक्ष करण्यात येत असल्याचे जाणवते.

उपरोक्त विषयांकडे दुर्लक्ष करणाऱ्या विकासकांचे लक्ष आकर्षित करण्यासाठी मुलुंड मधील कॉंग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यांनी, ईशान्य मुंबई जिल्हा कॉंग्रेस कमिटीचे सरचिटणीस राजेश इंगळे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली, विकासकांच्या गृहप्रकल्पांच्या सेल्स ऑफिसेस व साईटच्या बाहेर सूचना फलक लावले.

सदर सूचना फलकांद्वारे नागरिकांना त्यांच्या जाती, धर्म व भाषेचा भेद न करता भारतात कुठे ही घर विकत घेण्याच्या ‘घटनात्मक अधिकाराची’ जाणीव करून देण्यात आली असून त्यासोबतच सदर विषयी कोणतीही तक्रार असल्यास मदतीसाठी दूरध्वनी क्रमांक (हेल्पलाईन) देखील पुरवण्यात आले आहेत. बाबुराम चौधरी (जिल्हा कॉंग्रेस सरचिटणीस), संतोष सोनावणे (युवक कॉंग्रेस सचिव) ब्लॉक कॉंग्रेस चे पदाधिकारी संजय झा, शेखर परदेशी, संदील तेवर, मुकीम खान आणि अनिल सिंग सदर मोहिमेत सहभागी होते.

मुंबई के नए गृह प्रकल्पों में घरों की बिक्री करते हुए विकासकों द्वारा विशिष्ट समाज, जाती एवं भाषिकों को घर बेचने से मना करने की घटनाएं उजागर हुईं जिसके पश्चात उसपे खूब हंगामा हुआ और बहुत बहेस भी हुई. विकासकों के समूह द्वारा किया जाने वाला यह भेद ‘असंवैधानिक’ होने की जानकारी होते हुए भी मुंबई के विकासक नागरिकों को भारत में कहीं भी घर खरीदने के संवैधानिक अधिकारों की जाती, भाषा इवन आहार की धरतीपर भेद कर उनके मौलिक अधिकारोंकी अवहेलना कर रहें है. मुंबई महानगरपालिकाद्वारा  इन सभी घटनाओं को मद्देनजर रखते हुए ऐसे विकासकों को भविष्यमे उनके गृहप्रकल्पों अनुमति न देने का निर्णय किया है ऐसी जानकारी प्राप्त हुई है. परन्तु इसके बावजूद मुंबई के विकासकोंद्वारा इस गंभीर विषय की उपेक्षा करते हुए नजर आ रहें है.

उपरोक्त विषय के प्रति विकासकों की उदासीनता को देखते हुए मुलुंड के कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ताओने, ईशान्य मुंबई जिला कांग्रेस कमिटी के महासचिव राजेश इंगले के नेतृत्व में, मुलुंड स्तिथ सभी विकासकों के नए गृहप्रकल्पों के सेल्स ऑफिस एवं साईट के बाहर इस विषय के सूचना फलक लगाये.

इन सूचना फलकों पर सभी नागरिकों को उनकी जाती, धर्म, एवं भाषा को लेकर भेदभाव न करते हुए घर खरीदने के उनके ‘संवैधानिक अधिकार’ की जानकारी डी गयी है जिसके साथ उपरोक्त विषय में कोई भी शिकायत होनेपर मदद के लिए दूरध्वनी क्रमांक (हेल्पलाईन) भी दिया गया है. बाबुराम चौधरी (जिला कॉंग्रेस महासचिव), संतोष सोनावणे (युवक कॉंग्रेस सचिव) ब्लॉक कॉंग्रेस के पदाधिकारी संजय झा, शेखर परदेशी, संदील तेवर, मुकीम खान एवं अनिल सिंग इस मुहीम में सहभागी थे.

Save life; give way to Ambulance 

A Radhee Disaster and Education Foundation an NGO by Dr. Rita Savla has taken initiative for awareness of ambulance in our life with the support of Traffic Departments. Putting banners and hoardings at public places like toll naka, signals, highways and many more. Many times we see ambulances stuck in huge traffic; no one cares to give side.  Dr Panjabrav Ugle DCP Trafic East Mumbai region says Ambulance is always an emergency vehicle whether it caries patient or empty (maybe he is going to pick up any patient). Whenever you hear ambulance's sound you take your vehicle on left and give side to ambulance from right; it can save some one's life. 

On 2nd June 2015 there was an awareness drive at Mulund East Toll Naka. Radhee NGO and Traffic Department where Dr Panjabrav Ugle DCP Traffic East Mumbai region and Sr PI Paraji Repade, Mulund West, Sr PI S R Patil from Trombe and their staff have taken efforts to the success of this awareness drive
