MULUND KVO SAMAJ & SARVA SEVA TRUST TOGETHER ORGANISE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY PROGRAM IN JALARAM MARKET HALL



Mulund 21st June : After Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi intervened with the UN 21st June was declared as international Yoga Day which was celebrated in India and worldwide for the first time. Yoga Camps were organized all over India at different venues while stressing importance of Yoga for  human beings  for health, mental & spiritual benefits.  Mumbai spearheaded the International Yoga Day Celebrations with schools, institutions, NGO’s and social activists from Mulund organizing yoga training camps in the suburb. As a part of the same initiative Mulund Kutchi Visa Oswal Jain Samaj (KVO) &  Sarva Seva Trust (Samarpan Yoga Kendra) together a Mega Yoga Training Camp in Jalaram Market Hall located at RRT Road, Mulund West.



Despite heavy rainfall more than 450 yoga enthusiasts comprising of male, females, young and old participated in the camp. Though the camp was organized by the Jain community organization the camp saw participation from other community groups as well. Well renowned Yoga Guru Shri Bajirao Tamboli initiatited the camp proceedings with Gayatri Mantra thereafter he personally undertook the task of sensitizing the assembly with 40 minutes practical yoga training by explaining utility and importance of various asanas and kriyas. In the second phase of the camp yoga exponent Shrimati Jayvantiben Anil Savai stressed upon the importance of Pranayam for humans. She explained that pranayam is not merely a breathing exercise, it rejuvenates every part of the human body and keeps it healthy if practiced regularly. Shrimati Bhumika Nitin Dedhia a dietician and Yoga expert said, following a proper & timely diet was as essential as was timely practice of yoga to keep you fit and healthy. She further added that improper diet was the root cause of the rise in ailments and can be curbed by following timely and proper diet with yoga.



Veteran yoga expert Shri  Bajirao Tamboli was felicitated at hands J.P. Shah (President KVO), Vishal Rambhia (Sevretary KVO), Raskinbhai Savla & Nemidasbhai both from Sarva Seva Trust.
