On 8 March 2026, India added another proud chapter to its cricket history by winning the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. In the final, India defeated New Zealand by 96 runs, delivering one of the most dominant performances in a World Cup final.

India’s batting set the tone early. Sanju Samson played a powerful innings while Ishan Kishan gave the team a fast start. Their partnership helped India post a strong total on the board.

Mulund (West): On the eve of Holi, the T-Ward office of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in Mulund launched a “Chemical-Free Holi” campaign, keeping environmental protection and public health safety in mind.

On this occasion, a special stall was set up within the T-Ward office premises to create awareness among citizens about chemical-free colours. Natural Holi colours were also distributed free of cost to the public as part of the initiative.
